Along with Rich’s son, Chef Richard, they opened Bin 300 in 2007 upon Richard’s return from a Masters Chef course in Italy. After five years at the Wolcott location they now have several highly trained Chefs along side Chef Richard culminating in achieving Best Risotto award by Connecticut Magazine for 2011 & 2012.
