The Dolphin prides itself on its continuous effort to improve and restore the restaurant’s legacy of fine dining in Barnstable Village. Our white picket fence and well groomed landscape, gives our exterior a pristine, New England feel. Our tables are dressed with white linen and fresh flowers. Our wood shines, the glass sparkles and the granite bar has a nice glow.

Our staff is friendly and has been, for the most part, with me for many years. The kitchen staff is a loyal group of professionals who care strongly about putting out a fresh product with a creative flair. We use local, high quality purveyors to supply us with produce and seafood we can trust. The floor staff consists of warm, caring people who get self-gratification in making your dining experience one to remember. You will often be greeted by Nancy, who spends most of her time at the restaurant. When she is not greeting at the door, she is cooking away on the line in the kitchen, where she is happiest.
