All of our pizzas are handmade right in front of you in our open concept kitchen.Once your server takes your order our kitchen takes over.They kneed your pizza dough on the spot.The pizza shell is never premade.You will see them as they strech the dough and may even see the strecher toss it in the air as they shape the dough into a round pizza pie.Once your dough is shaped, it is placed on a large wooden paddle wh
